Step 1 · chat - we love a natter
What part of your home are you looking to dress? What's the function of your space and who's going to be using it? Tell us about your style, favourite colours and ideas. We'll begin to build a picture of your taste and preferences and let you know what we can do for you.
Step 2 · we visit you
We'll measure and advise on which fixings and fabrics might be suitable. We'll take a look at your colour schemes and furniture and discuss your preferences. We'll bring a selection of appropriate fabrics, poles and accessories to tickle your taste buds.
When we get back to base we'll endeavour to source a selection of fabrics we think you'll like. We'll even create mood boards for you if you'd like.
Step 3 · you visit us - coffee and biscuits involved
We love people to see the engine room! Enjoy our beautiful setting, take a look at how we work and see examples of our creations. We drink fresh coffee am and Prosecco pm ;)
Step 4 · estimate
Once you've chosen your fabric and your design we'll send you an estimate including a breakdown of the fabrics, parts and fitting.
If you're happy to proceed we'll issue a 50% deposit invoice.
Should you wish to supply your own fabric, we add a 20% handling charge to the cost of making.
Step 5 · production
On receipt of your deposit we order fabrics and components and get to work on your order. We'll aim for your curtains and blinds to be ready as soon as possible – it's all down to human hands and tiny careful stitches.
Step 6 · delivery, fitting and hanging
Once we're totally happy with your order we'll arrange delivery and fitting and issue your balance invoice.
When we come to fitting and hanging we pride ourselves on our friendly, experienced, clean and tidy approach. Your beautiful new window treatment will be dressed to perfection and you'll be left with a beaming smile.
